You're Not Imagining It

There are seasons when your body stops feeling like a familiar place.

Sensations feel louder, emotions arrive without warning, and your tolerance for stress shifts. Things that once felt easy suddenly require more effort. This can be unsettling — especially when you don’t have language for what’s happening. But feeling “off” doesn’t mean you’re imagining things. It doesn’t mean you’re weak, and it doesn’t mean something is wrong with you. During hormonal transitions, the nervous system becomes more sensitive. The body notices more, it reacts faster. It takes longer to settle. This can show up as dizziness, fatigue, anxiety, brain fog, or a sense that your internal world has changed.Nothing about this makes you broken. It means your body is recalibrating — learning a new rhythm. At Nevara, we don’t rush to label or fix. We practice noticing, we pause, we reflect, we give the body time to speak — and space to be heard. If your body feels unfamiliar right now, let this be your reminder, you are not imagining it, and you are not alone.

What has your body been asking for lately — more rest, more honesty, more patience?
